ここからは個人の能力に頼る部分が大きいので保証は出来かねますが、キャッチレッスンでは一回のレッスンでも安全にチャレンジ出来る状態であればチャレンジしていただけます。先ずは技の練習、レッスンの最後30分ぐらい、キャッチを行います。

This course is designed for people who would like to constantly practice their skills of flying trapeze. We will personalize the lesson in order to reach each students' goals. Catch usually starts at the last 30 minutes. Beginners are welcome.

Swing lesson is for people who have experience and want to take their swing to another level. 

You will understand the theory of swing, and learn the methods to analyze your own swing. 

This lesson includes 15 minutes warm up and stretch training.

文字通り飛ぶためのレッスンです。キャッチはありません。
初めてでちょっと体験してみようと思っただけの方からキッチリ練習したい方まで対応致します。

空中ブランコには受け手に受け止めてもらうこと(キャッチ)意外にもとても多くのスキルやテクニックがあります。どうしてもキャッチの部分だけが注目を集めてしまうのですが、綺麗なキャッチをするには綺麗な空中姿勢が大事です。綺麗な空中姿勢を作るには考えながらどんどん飛ぶことが大事です。
上手な人達が飛んでいるのが簡単そうに見えるのは沢山の細かいテクニックが凝縮しているからです。
